ingredients:
buttercream icing
red fondant
heart shaped cutters, big and small
lollipop sticks
large candy eyeballs
pastry tip #233
Recipe:
STEP 1 : Roll out red fondant and cut out hearts using the large heart cutter.
STEP 2 : Repeat until you have one large heart for each of your cupcakes.
STEP 3 : Roll out more red fondant and cut out hearts using the small heart cutter. Repeat until you have four small hearts for each of your cupcakes.
STEP 4 : Place one small heart, pretty side down onto parchment paper. Place lollipop stick onto heart. Place second heart on top and press down to seal the two hearts together, lollipop stick inside. If fondant is too dry to seal together, lightly wet the inside with a light dab of water.
STEP 5 : Repeat until you have used up all of your small hearts. You should now have two of these sticks for each of your cupcakes. These are the antenna ears.
STEP 6 : Place one large heart, pretty side up onto parchment paper. Put a dab of icing onto the pointy end. Place cupcake on top, positioning over the pointy end.
STEP 7 : Fill a pastry bag with buttercream icing and attach pastry tip #233 (aka, the Grass Tip because you use it to make grass-like decorations). Put the tip up against the cupcake and gently squeeze the bag while pulling straight out and away. Release pressure to finish the strands. Continue making short ‘hairs’ by moving just to the right of your first clump of hair and repeating the same motion to squeeze on more icing. Pipe a complete circle of icing all the way around the base of the cupcake.
NOTE : You may find it easier to gently hold the cupcake in one hand while piping with the other.
STEP 8 : Continue piping to cover the entire cupcake with icing. Circle up the cupcake, row after row.
STEP 9 : You’re almost there! Just a few more squeezes and your Love Bug will be completely covered in yummy icing.
STEP 10 : Insert two ears into top of cupcake.
STEP 11 : Gently push two candy eyes into place on the face area. And now your Love Bug is complete!

Teddy bears

Don´t you like chocolate and bears?
So make this cupcake!!!!!!!

RECIPE:

How to do this little and beautiful head:
To make the peanut butter cup bears, you’ll need:
chocolate peanut butter cups
chocolate candy melt wafers
peanut butter candy melt wafers
candy eyes
candy coated peanut butter or chocolate candies
chocolate candy melt wafers
peanut butter candy melt wafers
candy eyes
candy coated peanut butter or chocolate candies
- Melt some chocolate or candy melts.
- Attach one peanut butter candy melt wafer to the front of a peanut butter cup along one edge to create the bear’s snout using melted candy coating, then attach a candy coated chocolate for the nose.
- Attach two candy eyes just above the snout.
- Cut two chocolate candy melt wafers so that they fit up against the peanut butter cup. I used a round cookie cutter that is the same size of the peanut butter cup and cut off a curved piece.
- Attach two ears to each peanut butter cup using melted chocolate.
NOTE: your candy melt wafers might be white from being shaken around in the bag. You can rub the wafers up against the palm of your hand and wipe away the scratches so you get nicely colored wafers to use for this project.
Attach one peanut butter cup bear to the top of a big chocolate frosting swirl.
Add one candy heart just below the bear’s head and place two chocolate malted milk balls on either side of the heart so your bears look like they are holding the candy heart.
I used cherry jube-jel hearts. They are the perfect size and color.

Sheeps

To make the chocolate sheep heads, ears, and legs, you’ll need to pipe melted black confectionery coating (candy melts) into tear drop shapes onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. When you pipe the ears, make them just far apart enough that you can fit a Peppermint Patty over top of the tips.
Pop the tray into the freezer and allow the candy coating to chill until set, about 3 minutes.
Remove the tray and peel the candy off the parchment paper.
Use a bit of black candy coating to attach two candy eyes and a pink candy bead nose to each Peppermint Patty.
here the URL:
You’ll use two cupcakes to make each sheep. Cut off the domed tops on each cupcake and pipe white frosting on the cut side of one. Press two cupcakes together, then use a serrated knife to carve it into a ball.
Now you can pipe or spread white frosting all over the round cake. I piped the frosting on to the cake using a large round pastry tip. I made it look fluffy by piping swirls and dots all over the cupcake. Once the entire round cake is frosted, pipe a tall mound on top and set one of the Peppermint Patty sheep in front of it. Then pipe some dots of frosting on the top of the chocolate head.
Insert four candy legs into each cupcake.
If you want, color some coconut using green food coloring and sprinkle some around the sheep.

Here you have all the things you will need: cupcakes, mini marshmallows and little striped cupcake cups.
here the URL:
First, ice your cupcakes, you want to stack them in enough layers to give some height to the popcorn kernels later.
here the URL:
To make your kernels, you can try a few different techniques.Cutting a little "slit" worked well, and so did breaking the marshmallow into pieces and then squish them back together. That´s the scientific process.
here the URL:
Starting at the bottom, press your masrhmallow kernels into the icing of the cupcake, layering them until it makes a dome shape.
here the URL:
In a small bowl, mix a few drops of yellow food colouring with a bit of water to create your ''butter paint''.Using a pàint brush(that you probably haven´t used for toxic paint, just a suggestion)add a few drops of butter to the middle of each ''kernek''like melted butter.
here the URL:
After that you´re all done!Wait for the cupcakes to settle a bit and then you can add your poccorn label and you´re ready to serve them.
